5:30 MM - This is just a "normal" market!
5:50 MM - All COVID did was force forward the evolution of working from home
7:15 CA - You may have to do 3-4 showings, but that's normal
8:35 CA - This is the time where buyers can double check themselves
9:25 JH - 62% of buyers have buyer's remorse now
17:30 MM CA - $5k above asking used to be a lot, but then it became $25k, $30k on and on
18:45 MM - Mortgage rates will come down
20:20 CA - Don't let social media skew your perception or reality of what's happening
21:15 MM - Guess what? Life will go on and people will still have housing needs
22:50 CA - No one wants to change their actions, they want things to be as they were
