In this episode, Carey Ann and Monte bring on Executive Producer Jim on to talk about the massive issues caused by massive rental conglomerates that have been plagueing his Spring Hill community. Jim talks about a recently tabled ammendment bill (SB 1429/HB 1290) hidden in which is an ammendent that allows these companies to run ramshackle over Tennessee HOAs. The bill will essentially allow rental companies to be above the Covenants and Restrictions of any Tennessee HOA.
Jim also talks about how his community is planning to combat the problems in order to best preserve the overall look and value of the neighborhood and surrounding communities.
